This person mailed on June 28 and app received on June 29 and got his notice date on July 24. Today.
I could have been with him today but for my attorney who got extremely busy and did not file my 485 with 140 and got stuck with July fiasco

Is it required to inform USCIS after you change jobs after 180 days using
AC21?
Is it safe to say that if your GC applying company does NOT revoke I-140 after you change jobs, that you are OK not to tell USCIS about your change ?

GE is not a person. All of GE employees as well as share holders pay taxes on their income. Why do you want to double tax the companies and make them go out of business? Thats one reason companies have to setup operations in tax haven countries.
It's as if the wife has to pay taxes on her salary and then the husband has to pay taxes on the pocket money he gets from his wife as monthly allowance to run the house hold. (Just reversed the traditional places of husband and wife for fun).
So, can I stop paying sales taxes when I buy any goods out of my 'after tax' earnings???

I sent my EAD extension documents on 7/9 via FedEx to Nebraska. They recvd it on 7/11 morning and got signature proof. Can you please let me know how many days it take for the check to be encashed? This will be helpful. Thanks!!

They are human beings too like us.
By the way 765 they say compliant till 7/2 which means individually filed 765 not the 765 which was sent with 485 package - Right ?

My wife when she went to india did the same. Means Submitted all the i-94 including the one which was with the 797.
While returning from india she did not get the i-94 upto the 797 approval date, she got it upto the Visa expiry date.
When i went to the Border Security Officer mentioned that the i-94 which you receive with 797 is for your reference, you are not supposed to give it to anybody.
I had to apply for the extension because i did't have any proof with me for my wife on the i-94.

As far as I know:
if your E3 (approved) priority date is current for E2 (approved), you can file 485 (in E2) requesting to use the earliest (E3) priority date. From my understanding, you may be able to do it even when your E2 is pending - but it may be better to wait till you get the E2 approved. Hope it clarifies your question.

I have applied for H-1 extension using my I-140 and got an RFE asking for the client letter.The querry was replied on time but now the online status shows that the extension was denied and the reason will me mailed.I spoke to my company and they are ready to appeal once they receive the reason for the denial.I was on-job for all the 5 years of my stay in US and working for the same employer and client for the past four and half years.Not sure the reason of denial as of now. Now that my Visa and I-94 expired on March'31 2009 how long can I stay while the appeal is the process and what are the
other options left for me?

Your case is a lil different than mine cause you did your I140 first, got online receipt that was sent with your 485. I am assuming one week later, when you had your PERM hard copy, you sent that along with other docs for your I140. I think you will be fine. You did everything right for the I140 and 485 is dependent on 140.
Me though...my lawyer sent both 140/485 together in the mail, nothing done online. and no perm hard copy was included..just the online approval ETA form, signed by me/employer, along with screen shot af DOLETA approval.
I will definitely keep you updated. I think mine will take longer than most cause on top of everything my file was sent to nebraska instead of texas....so it had/needs to be transfered to texas (NY employer).
Keep updating and if you hear about others (i'm trying to stay in touch with others in similar position), let me know...

I had got an RFE on my 485 for a TB retest.
My lawyer suggested that i get the whole medical done again just so that they do not request any more tests as it had been more than a year.
On the other hand, my wife's medical was OK. so we did not have to do anything.
I think it is safer to get the whole medical re done if you got an medical related RFE.

With identical evidence, my EB2-NIW was approved at NSC.

EB1-EA requires "extrodinary ability". So you need to have national/international merit/awards like olympic medal or nobal prize. Just having PhD and having tons of papers will not necessarly makes a person as "extrodinary". So it is tricky and diffult. It is better to consult a any of your friend, if they got through EB1-EA, or otherwise consult a good lawyer who is capable of making sucsesful EA cases. This forum mainly thros idea on Eb2/EB3 and retrogression issues. You may not find a good answer here.

We are in the same boat. I am the primary and mine has been Xfrd to field office in VA where as my wife's 485 has been xfrd to MO. I called up customer support and they said it is normal to transfer across field offices.
Many say when the 485 is transferred to a field office there could be an interview.

What if I only complain about recent unpaid period when I was in even in project. They dint pay any thing on March 15th and dont want to pay on March 31st. They only want to pay in April. Whats your suggestion?

Regardless of the period, you need to complain to DOL. DOL takes action against them. Again, it doesn't matter if you are on project or not. They must pay you all the time.

Did you LC mention the requirements for your job. Unless it emphasized that a Masters was needed for your job profile on an LC, I140 will be denied. File an MTR right away along with a new I140 uner EB3. Beleive in god and ur priority dates will remain the same as they were. Make sure that the new I140 under EB3 matches your LC.
